AI automation for the
Targhee Group.

A menu of session-support tools scoped from our conversations — the brain that holds bills, clients, committees, and members; hearing coverage that catches what you can't be in the room for; and the daily workflow that makes things more effective with less stress.

How to read this
  • Two prices, side by side

Every line shows the list rate and your Friends & Family rate. F&F applies to anything on the menu — not just the bundle.

  • Directional, not fixed

Ranges depend on scoping specifics — committees under simultaneous coverage, volume of source docs, etc.

Recommended first build

These three components map directly to what you said matters most: the brain, plus same-day hearing coverage, plus the easy voice assistant interface.

  • The Brain (DMac)

    Foundation for everything else.

    $30,000$5,500
  • Hearing Watcher (Wyatt)

Same-day coverage for every tracked committee.

    $17,500$3,000
  • Slack-Native Interface

Talk to the brain from where you already work.

    $6,000$1,500
  • Bundle total

    $53,500$10,000

The Brain (DMac)

Almost everything else depends on this existing first. It's the one piece that isn't optional if any of the rest is going to work.

The core data layer

Bill, client, committee, and member data structured in one place.

$30,000$5,500
Includes
  • Schema for bills, clients, committees, members, and subjects
  • Bill status via LegiScan's API — cheaper and more reliable than a custom scraper
  • Committee agenda and minutes ingestion
  • Committee roster tracking
  • Structured client-intake process — which clients care about which bills or subjects, with priority flags
Core session tools

More effective days

The daily-use pieces — what actually changes your week once the brain exists. Tap any item to expand.

Checks every tracked committee's posted agenda each morning, flags any tracked bills, and transcribes and summarizes streamed hearings and chamber sessions. Bill mentions, testimony, questions, and votes matched to your tracked bills — in the interface within 30–60 minutes.

Talk to the brain from Slack. Query in plain language ("status of S1090," "hearings tomorrow I should know about"). Drop a voice memo after a meeting or upload a phone-call transcript — auto-transcribed and slotted into the right bill or client thread. Send quick corrections like "kill S1090, client dropped it" — confirmed before anything commits.

Enhancements

Pick what matters most

Each of these stands alone. Add as many as fit the remaining budget — all at your Friends & Family rate.

Phase 2

After we prove Phase 1 works

Full Dashboard UI

The visual client / bill / subject dashboard — view and add clients, bills, subjects, and users; create subject watchlists, stance flags, inline opinion generation, tasks, and notes. Visual bill tracker fed by the Brain and Slack-interface.

$15,000–25,000$3,000–5,000
Notes & assumptions

The fine print

  • 01Estimates are directional, not fixed quotes — final numbers depend on scoping specifics (e.g. how many committees need simultaneous coverage, volume of think-tank source documents).
  • 02Nothing drafted by these tools — emails, opinions, updates — sends automatically. Everything lands as a draft for review first.
  • 03Every price above already reflects your Friends & Family rate — mix and match anything on the menu at the same discount.
  • 04Voice memo and quick-update writes to the brain are confirmed before they commit. Exact scope of the Slack interface to be finalized.
  • 05New Method retains ownership of all intellectual property generated under this engagement.
  • 06Payment terms: 50% due at signing, 50% due on delivery.
Next step

Pick the bundle, swap a piece in or out, or add anything from the menu — whatever fits. Reply and we'll get scoping on the calendar.
